Product Features:
1. High Simulation: this is a miniature gasoline engine. It is developed by China's first diesel engine as a design inspiration, its appearance design is the same as the real diesel engine, closer to the real internal combustion engine, but the difference is that it actually uses gasoline fuel. It is made in the ratio of 1:8. It is 145MM in length, 108MM in width, 106MM in height, 1500G in weight and 3.6CC in displacement.
2. Well-Made: its cylinder diameter is 16MM, using new metal piston rings, and the piston is installed with an oil cup. Its cylinder liner is upgraded with cast iron honed liner, the engine is increased with gear pump, and it adopts evaporative water-cooled cooling structure and independent lubrication structure, which makes its service life longer.
3. Independent lubrication: there are oil channels designed on the crankshaft and connecting rods, when the engine works, there will be oil from the connecting rods into the piston. It can better lubricate the piston and cylinder liner, with independent lubrication in the normal sense. It uses a carburetor with adjustable speed, and the throttle lever controls the speed directly, making it much more playable.

Engine Starting Steps:
1.Check the wiring of the engine from the board, check the fuel tank piping, install a #5 battery(1.5v), add cooling water in the tank. Unscrew the oil screw on the back of the body, add 5MM oil and screw back the screw.
2. Use gasoline (95#) to fill the tank, when finished filling, turn the flywheel clockwise for many turns, it can make the mixed fuel fully into the cylinder. Make sure there is no air in the fuel line.
3. Turn on the power switch, on the right side of the engine (power switch surface) clockwise quickly rotate the flywheel to start the engine.

Product Maintenance:
The engine is water-cooled, you need to add water before each work. When finished working, you need to drain out the water and save it.
Make sure the working environment is clean to minimize the possibility of dust entering the carburetor.
The carburetor needle has been adjusted to the optimal position before shipment. No major adjustments are recommended. However, fine adjustments can be made for different fuels.
Unscrew the oil screw at the rear of the engine to drain the oil from the engine.
The battery must be removed and stored after the engine has stopped working.
