Regarding the issues you encountered:
1. Please check if the burner flame is strong enough, if the water is boiling vigorously, and if the pressure gauge shows the normal reading of 2 bar.
2. Please check if the steam lines are blocked, causing insufficient steam.
3. It would be very helpful if you could record a video of the issue; this will allow us to better diagnose the problem.

Every part was extremely well made and finished. I mistakenly thought because of the parts picture that I would be the one to put it together. It came assembled which disappointed me because I would have enjoyed building it
