Nice little unit only I couldn't Get the control box to plug in (the male and female plugs are two different sizes. Contacted them and they are sending a new control box. Other than that, it looks to be very well made.

I was deeply surprised to find a missing piece immediately after starting to build the model, box 1. I was really upset when after contacting customer service requesting to get the mixing piece, when whoever answer my mail asked “which piece I have lost”, it took me another two mails to get somebody on the other end to understand which piece was the one missing, despite having sent in my first mail a picture of this particular piece. If missing pieces is something that can occur, particularly with models with high number of small pieces, I strongly recommended to include in the package the parts list with the number of each of the parts that make the model, this will allow to facilitate the understanding between both parts and expedite the solution, I strongly recommend doing this moving forward.

Out of the box - it's a beauty with great compression. For now, it's joining a few other shelf pets because I not only like to tinker with some but sure do enjoy looking at the engineering and fine machining necessary to produce such a MINI model. I'll buy more as they are developed.
