If you made the purchase via Credit Card and failed, could you please contact with Stripe Support Team for solution? Or if the issue cannot be solved, please no worry, we accept Paypal payment as well.

For the order, if not shipped out yet, please contact our Service Support Team at service@enginediyshop.com. We will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days, after you received our confirmation on the cancellation.
