Awesome little engine. Runs great and is a lot of fun to tinker with. Highly recommend.
It arrived with dents and paint smudges on the boiler covering as well as loose parts..
It was very poorly assembled..
Quite honestly it looks as it was a used locomotive..
I haven’t tried to run it yet because I reached out to Engine DIY hoping they would make it right..
It been over a week and no response..
I was hoping that they would replace the locomotive with an acceptable item..
The least they could do is offer parts to fix it..
I’ve done business with them before and this time I’m very disappointed..
Looks Good, runs good, arrived well packed.
Absolutely no instructions or diagrams included. I asked for some and still haven’t heard back
The model is of superb quality. The complicated components are already assembled, and the model is easily put together. It runs a treat. I'm so pleased with it, I've ordered the Hit and Miss stationary engine model as well. Highly recommend this Beam Engine model.
