Steam engine great but disappointed with the workshop

I ordered a beam engine and the workshop model kit. Very happy with the beam engine - a beautiful model that operates perfectly. The model workshop was disappointing 😕. The drill press comes pre assembled and was not put together correctly. The top crown wheel was able to pop up and disengage from the lower crown wheel causing the whole assembly to shudder because the bearing journal was machined too big for the bearing. After centre punching around the journal the bearing correctly pressed into the journal. The drill press was reassembled and now the crown wheels mesh correctly. For the price I expected this remedial action would not be required.

We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. Since our products are all pre-assembled manually, errors are inevitable during the assembly process. We hope you understand.
