This powerful and multifunctional four-speed gearbox uses the new "Change over rotary catch" component to smoothly select from 1 of four speeds using a single lever. The gearbox implements 1st, 2nd, 3rd and reverses with ratios of 0.36, 0.6, 1.0 and -0.333 respectively. The rotary catch is kept at neat 90-degree angles using a mini stepper. This could be a great solution for your next MOC vehicle project.
