This is not a Atkinson differential engine as it has 2 throw crank with links going to bell cranks same as the commer knocker 2 stroke diesel. The Atkinson differential engine has only 1 crank throw with links going to 2 bell cranks giving shorter intake compression strokes and longer expansion exhaust strokes.
This kit and its directions were very straightforward, and completing it was fairly easy, especially for my first steam engine. It runs great, and it's a lot of fun to have it linked to the electric motor and street lamp! Thank you!

Purchased the Okmo B02 engine recently. Very happy with it. Took a few weeks to get to grips with it. Learning the fine tuning does take time especially if slow running is preferred. Watch the Okmo online “tuning” video for great tips maximising performance. Even the far more expensive engines IMO run to fast (hit and miss variety) the B02 is a delight to get going and watch.
